EnoughDay provides information and planning tools, not financial advice. Projections are illustrations, not guarantees. For personal recommendations, consider a regulated financial adviser.

These terms are between you and EnoughDay (United Kingdom).

The figures the tool produces are illustrations, not forecasts. They depend on the inputs you provide and on modelling assumptions that will not match real-world outcomes. We do not warrant that any projection is accurate or that any modelled result will occur. Nothing in the service is a personal recommendation.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal planning purposes, and not to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse it, nor to attempt to access data that is not yours.

The paid tier is an annual subscription. The price is the amount shown to you at checkout. Payment is handled by our payment processor. The subscription renews annually unless cancelled before renewal.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and to receive a refund, subject to your consumer rights. You can cancel at any time yourself from your account settings using the “Manage billing” button, which opens the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. You can also cancel by contacting us using the contact details on the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the fees you have paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
